Pinnula – Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Financial Year Ending: 5th April 2026

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that Pinnula has taken, and continues to take, to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business operations or supply chains.

Introduction

Pinnula is committed to conducting business responsibly, ethically, and with integrity. We recognise the serious global issue of modern slavery and human trafficking, and we are dedicated to preventing any form of exploitation within our operations and those of our suppliers and business partners.

Our Business

Pinnula have provided businesses across a range of industries with business system solutions, including ERP, Business Intelligence, Hardware, IT Security, and more. For over 20 years, we have provided innovative on-premise solutions that enable businesses to successfully manage their diverse range of operational requirements. We are based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, and operate primarily in the United Kingdom.

Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains include IT hardware and software providers, professional services, and facilities management. We recognise that some industries and geographies carry higher risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, and we aim to assess and mitigate those risks where they arise.

Policies on Modern Slavery

We have adopted a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. This is reflected in our internal policies, which include:

  • Code of Conduct – setting standards for ethical behaviour, respect for human rights, and fair treatment.

  • Supplier Code of Conduct – requiring our suppliers to comply with all applicable labour and human rights laws.

  • Whistleblowing Policy – providing a safe and confidential channel for reporting concerns, including those related to slavery and human trafficking.

Due Diligence Processes

To mitigate risks of modern slavery within our business and supply chains, we take the following steps:

  • Conducting supplier risk assessments prior to engagement.

  • Including contractual clauses requiring compliance with the Modern Slavery Act and related legislation.

  • Periodically reviewing higher-risk suppliers and sectors for compliance.

  • Engaging with suppliers to raise awareness of modern slavery risks.

Risk Assessment and Management

We recognise that the risk of modern slavery is not static and may change depending on market conditions and geographical factors. We are working to strengthen our processes for identifying, monitoring, and mitigating risks, particularly in higher-risk supply chains.

Training and Awareness

Pinnula is committed to raising awareness of modern slavery among our employees and stakeholders. We provide training where appropriate to ensure our teams can identify and report concerns.

Our Commitment Going Forward

Over the next financial year, we will continue to:

  • Review and strengthen our supplier due diligence procedures.

  • Increase awareness and training across our workforce.

  • Enhance monitoring of high-risk areas in our supply chain.
